The President of the Republic of Croatia and the Supreme Commander of the Croatian Armed Forces, Professor Ivo Josipović, Ph. D., visited the Firefighting Task Force Headquarters in Divulje, on July 14, 2010.

He was met by the Chief of General Staff, General Josip Lucić who was accompanied by TF Commander, Major General Mate Obradović, Croatian Air Force and Air Defense Commander, Major General Vlado Bagarić, Croatian Navy Commander, Rear Admiral Ante Urlić, National Protection and Rescue Agency Director, Mr. Damir Trut, and the Fire Chief of the Republic of Croatia, Mr. Mladen Jurin with his coworkers in the Fire Department. . .

Deputy Supreme Allied Commander Operations, General Sir John McColl visited the Republic of Croatia and Croatian Armed Forces on July 6, 2010.

General McColl met with the Croatian Chief of General Staff and his team and the two delegations discussed Croatian Armed Forces’ participation in peace support operations and Force Generation (ISAF, KFOR).

During his stay, General Sir John McColl was received by State Secretary Pjer Šimunović.
